With over two decades of political and government affairs experience, Beakes built 3PS with reputable clients from a diverse array of industries. Through his experiences, Beakes has developed a vast network of relationships with elected and community leaders. Beakes’s motivation for the success of West Virginia has garnered him a reputation as a passionate and tireless advocate for his clients.

Jason has over 25 years of experience helping clients grow and market their businesses, allowing him to help organizations of all sizes plan and execute highly effective marketing plans with measurable results. He has been an international keynote speaker and consultant to businesses on marketing strategy, business development, social media, and website development.
Rebecca Guilliams
Operations Manager
Guilliams oversees operations and communications for 3PS association clients, ensuring seamless management services. She also focuses on policy research and legislative tracking, providing critical insights and support to 3PS clients.
Joe Reidy

Public Affairs
Reidy brings a wealth of experience in political strategy, having successfully advised campaigns at the local, state, and federal levels. With a robust background working alongside national and state consulting firms, as well as professional associations, he excels in advancing legislation and building effective grassroots and grasstops operations. Joe’s strategic insight and proven track record make him a pivotal leader in public affairs.

Jordan leverages her experience in strategic communication and brand management, with a proven track record in driving successful campaigns and enhancing business reputations. Her expertise in public relations, integrated marketing, and project management make her adept at fostering strong partnerships and leading cross-functional teams to achieve 3PS’s goals.
Whitney Wetzel
Director of Communications & Advocacy
Whitney brings expertise in strategic communications, media relations, and public advocacy. With over a decade as a television anchor and reporter, plus experience in state government communications, she excels at crafting impactful narratives. Previously, she led a major rebranding at the West Virginia Department of Human Services. Passionate about advocacy and storytelling, she helps clients drive meaningful change. Her accolades include Best Anchor awards, a regional Edward R. Murrow Award, and an Emmy nomination.
